Gratuity to widows of officers who have served fifteen years on the tempor- ary establ- ishment.
No.19.
A gratuity at the rate of one month's salary in
respect of each three years' service may be granted to
the widow of any officer who has continuously served on the temporary establishment of the Colony and who at
the date of his death was in receipt of a salary not
exceeding $300 per annum.
